I think you are right. If they are sending a known pedophile but according to their 2 witness rule/malarkey unknown to the public to people's doors opens them up for some serious lawsuits $$$. If a pedophile worms his way into a household and molests a child and it is done in the door to door work.

Cart work on the other hand leaves them less likely vulnerable to lawsuits if they instruct the person simply stand there and not engage in extencive conversation and simply direct them to the Organization.

i think it is inevitable.

i don't worry about it but it just seems that the human race is going down a road that they can't make a turn off.. they are probing/discovering how the human mind works and produces intelligence down to the individual molecule.

now with the invention of the super quantum computer soon we will be able to build even better artificial intelligence greater than our own, so it will be easily able to out smart us because will we be a bunch of dumb apes first discovering how to make fire in it's eyes.. it will have it's own different agendas than us humans.

I think this is going to be the way of many cases. Asking for all information related to their client from the WT corporation.

This spells financial ruin, I'm sure if the WT corporation decides to destroy all records in the future criminal charges will follow.

if a government wishes to protect it citizens from the clutches of mind control cults, all they have to do is make laws that allow former members to sue theirs ass off.. what if they made laws about a system the meets the 6 points mentioned by margret singer to manipulate a person into submission to it's directives and cause mental, physical, and emotional harm and make it possible to sue them for damages.. if such laws were in place it would spell financial ruin to all coercive authoritarian cults..

You make an interesting point. True, but then how do you handle: TFFs(The 4 F's).

Easy make laws give that have no bias's in protecting people from religious abuse, make religion's accountable for when they do evil to people for profit$$.

As far as assembly, and expression? Let them gather and say what they want but at the same time, allow the recording such meetings and hold them accountable for what they say in a court of law(get rid of the clergy/member privacy clauses if a crime is involved.)

And Press let them print their psycho bull shit all they want while at the same time accountable to the laws of the land and if they print very harmful shit that can be proven in a court of law prosecute with no religious bias purely for the welfare of their citizens.

My impressions of the cart witnessing

i have watched tons of youtube videos of our exjdub friends approaching and talking to the jdub manikins at their carts as they give a great witness to the world by sipping their hot lattes, updating their social media, chit chatting to each other, and the most important thing of getting their time in, counting their hours.. when the jw's see someone approach with a camera they do several things, they will turn their backs on the person, or look at the person with a frown and act like the person isn't even there.

the witlesses refuse to answer simple, clear, and precise questions.

when i was an elder i loved to get into discussions and debates with trinitarians, priest, clergymen and those who were born again.

I never see a JW near a cart at the Cupertino CA . library near where I live. I've asked people near the cart:" hey who is placing this cart here?" and nobody knows. Perhaps they are in the coffee shop down the side walk? but I never see a person behind these carts in Sunnyvale or Cupertino,, must be all the bad child molestation publicity from the Conti/Femont, Ca. lawsuit for 21 million has had it effect on local towns.

I think all these lawsuits involving child molestation have been causing many cart to be abandoned so as not to be seen any where near the cart for fear of negative confrontations over this widely know fact on the internet.

i think trump could resign and pardon all, he even could get ill because to much pressure (even for his lawyer), or he's gonna get so cornered that he could take very drastic decisions.

I think Trump if he is a wise business man should be able see the upsides in having a working relationship with Russia to achieve some common goals. Why be enemies when working together can do so much more good. Rhetoric between the two is all propaganda anyway so I see this tough stance of Trump's presently toward Russia as all for propaganda and not truth. Don't expect absolute truth when listening to the interchange it's all fake news.
